Marketing Manager – Real Estate Team

We’re a growing real estate team looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand, generate leads, and support our agents with impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Create and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to drive client engagement and retention

Handle digital editing of photos, videos, and other content for marketing and advertising materials

Assist in website development and management, ensuring up-to-date listings, branding consistency, and SEO optimization

Collaborate with the team to design print and digital materials (flyers, brochures, listing presentations, event promotions, etc.)

Track analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness

Problem-solve creatively to improve systems and marketing workflows

Support the team with new ideas to enhance exposure and client reach

Qualifications:

3+ years of marketing experience (real estate experience preferred but not required)

Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies

Experience with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace)

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other editing tools

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Resourceful, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
