Amazon Virtual Assistant (Wholesale Focus)

Once Again, We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Amazon VA to join our team, specializing in Amazon Wholesale operations. If you have strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier communication, and Amazon Seller Central management, we’d love to work with you!

???? Responsibilities:

Product sourcing from verified wholesale suppliers/distributors
Creating and managing wholesale product listings in Amazon Seller Central
Analyzing product profitability, sales rank, and competition
Handling purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers
Monitoring account health, FBA shipments, and inventory levels
Assisting with pricing strategies and repricing tools
Generating reports on sales performance and opportunities

? Requirements:

Proven experience as an Amazon VA (Wholesale model)
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Familiarity with tools such as Keepa, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Tactical Arbitrage (or similar)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High attention to detail with data-driven decision-making
Reliable internet connection and availability for regular updates

???? Preferred (but not required):
Experience with FBA and FBM workflows
Understanding of Amazon policies and compliance
Previous success in scaling wholesale accounts
