Amazon FBA Wholesale Virtual Assistant Remote

We are a growing Amazon FBA wholesale business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations and support business growth. This role is long-term with opportunities for advancement.

Job Responsibilities

Product research for Amazon FBA Wholesale (brand & distributor catalogs)
Analyzing profitability using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, Amazon Seller Central
Checking Amazon restrictions, brand approvals, and IP issues
Creating and maintaining product and supplier spreadsheets
Assisting with supplier sourcing and outreach (email follow-ups)
Creating shipment plans and assisting with FBA prep coordination
Monitoring Buy Box, pricing, and stock levels
Updating SOPs and following established workflows
Other Amazon-related admin tasks as needed

Requirements

Previous Amazon FBA experience is REQUIRED (Wholesale preferred)
Strong understanding of:
Amazon Seller Central
FBA fees, ROI, profit calculations
Buy Box & competition analysis

Experience with tools such as:
Keepa
SellerAmp / RevSeller
Google Sheets / Excel

Excellent attention to detail
Strong English communication skills (written)
Reliable internet connection
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
