HIRING ASAP: MARKETING OPERATIONS ; PROJECT MANAGER

We are hiring ASAP for a part-time Marketing Operations Project Manager to support a growing marketing agency, personal branding projects, social media deliverables, client campaigns, and upcoming brand/mastermind launches.

This is not a basic VA role. We need someone organized, proactive, tech-savvy, creative, and confident enough to help manage projects, communicate with clients, and jump into production when needed.

Role Details:

Part-time to start
4 hours per day, Monday-Friday
Starting pay: $400/month
Potential raise to $500/month after 60 days based on performance
Bonus opportunities available
Possible full-time opportunity as the role grows
Interviews will be held Wednesday only
Start date: Thursday
Must be able to start ASAP

Responsibilities:

Manage client project deliverables and deadlines
Track tasks, follow up with team members, and make sure work gets completed
Organize projects inside our systems
Communicate clearly with clients and contractors
Help manage marketing campaigns, social media tasks, launches, websites, and admin details
Create and edit Canva graphics when needed
Assist with Reels, short-form videos, captions, and emergency social media content
Keep Google Drive, project notes, forms, files, and client information organized
Support the CEO by keeping projects moving without constant reminders

Canva
Social media content creation
Reels/short-form video support
Project management tools and systems

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate professionally with clients
Fast learner and comfortable with AI tools
Creative but also highly organized
Able to work independently
Able to follow up without being asked
Calm under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast-moving marketing agency environment
Must be able to start immediately

This role is best for someone who can bring order, structure, and momentum to projects. We need someone who can think ahead, communicate clearly, and help make sure client work is completed on time.
