🚗 WE’RE HIRING: DRIVER OPERATIONS MANAGER

We’re looking for a people-oriented and proactive person with transportation experience to help manage our driver operations and grow into an important leadership role.

💰 Pay: $5–$6/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Communicate with and support our drivers
• Help manage driver performance and day-to-day issues
• Coordinate with dispatch and other departments
• Help make sure trips and driver operations run smoothly
• Identify problems and help improve processes
• Build strong relationships with a diverse driver team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Transportation experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to take ownership
• Able to learn quickly and work independently
• Previous management experience is a plus, but not required

You’ll receive hands-on training in our operations and gradually take on more responsibility as you learn the business.
