Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Assistant

About the Role

Kara Logistics Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our growing Amazon FBA business. This role involves online arbitrage product sourcing, account management, customer support, inventory management, and day-to-day operational tasks.

Full training will be provided, but hands-on experience with SellerAmp SAS and Keepa is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Account Management
Respond to customer email s and messages professionally
Process Amazon reimbursements and claims
Manage prep centre spreadsheets and inventory records
Follow up with suppliers regarding invoices, deliveries, and order issues
Assist with general Seller Central account management
Product Sourcing & Listings
Source profitable Online Arbitrage (OA) products for Amazon FBA
Analyse products using SellerAmp SAS and Keepa
Monitor and adjust pricing where required
List used, returned, and clearance items on eBay
Identify replenishable products and sourcing opportunities
Inventory & Shipments
Monitor stock levels and inventory performance
Create and manage FBA shipments
Track inbound deliveries and shipment reconciliations
Assist with inventory forecasting and replenishment planning
Requirements

✅ Proven experience with Amazon FBA or Seller Central preferred

✅ Hands-on experience using SellerAmp SAS and Keepa is required (not just familiarity)

✅ Strong understanding of Online Arbitrage sourcing

✅ Excellent written English communication skills

✅ Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling data

✅ Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/PC

✅ Available to work UK business hours or have significant overlap with UK working hours

✅ Attention to detail and ability to work independently
