Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Roofing Leads

We are hiring experienced cold callers/appointment setters to contact homeowners and schedule qualified roofing inspection appointments.

Pay starts at $2/hour + $25 for every qualified appointment set. If your English is excellent and you have a clear, easy-to-understand accent, starting pay may be $3/hour + $25 per qualified appointment. Experience is required, and stronger experience can affect starting pay.

Consistent performers will be eligible for raises, bonuses, and additional hours.

You should have prior experience with cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales. Experience using a predictive dialer is strongly preferred. You must be comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners, following a script, handling objections, and accurately entering appointment information.
