# AI Short\-Form Video CREATOR – TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts

Long-Term Position

We are looking for a TALENTED AI Video Creator who can create highly engaging, realistic short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

THIS IS NOT a basic video-editing position.

We are looking for someone who understands AI video generation and can take a concept from IDEA → AI GENERATION → EDITING → FINISHED VIDEO.

THE TYPE OF CONTENT YOU’LL CREATE

We will build entertaining social-media accounts around recurring AI characters and concepts.

Example:

An older grandmother in her kitchen showing viewers how to make simple, delicious recipes.

You may need to generate:

• The same consistent AI character across multiple videos
• Realistic cooking scenes
• Cutting, mixing, preparing and serving food
• Talking scenes
• Natural AI voiceovers
• B-roll and close-up shots
• Captions, music and sound effects
• Strong hooks that capture attention immediately

The finished videos should feel entertaining, natural and engaging — NOT like generic AI slideshows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create AI-generated short-form videos from concepts/scripts

• Generate realistic and visually consistent AI characters

• Maintain the same character appearance across multiple scenes and videos

• Generate realistic AI video scenes and B-roll

• Create natural AI voices when required

• Edit complete videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

• Add captions, music, sound effects and transitions

• Create strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds

• Understand pacing and retention for short-form content

• Research successful/trending short-form formats and develop new content ideas

• Create variations of successful videos and concepts

• Organize completed videos and project files

AI TOOLS

Experience with several of the following is strongly preferred:

• Google Flow / Veo
• Kling AI
• Higgsfield
• Runway
• Nano Banana
• HeyGen
• ElevenLabs
• ChatGPT
• CapCut
• Premiere Pro / After Effects

You do NOT need to know every tool listed above.

What matters most is your ability to create high-quality AI videos and learn new AI tools quickly.

You should:

• Already have experience creating AI-generated videos

• Have strong video-editing skills

• Understand prompting and AI video generation

• Have a good eye for realistic AI content

• Understand TikTok/Reels/Shorts pacing

• Be creative and able to suggest your own video ideas

• Be able to follow references closely

• Pay attention to small AI mistakes and continuity issues

• Communicate reliably

• Have stable internet and a reliable computer

• Be interested in a long-term position

6. Tell us your desired monthly salary in USD working around 23-28 hours a week.
7. Briefly explain how you would create a video featuring the SAME AI grandmother consistently across several different scenes in a kitchen.

Expected output: Approximately 15–20 polished short-form videos per week (25-50 seconds each). Quality, realism, character consistency, and viewer retention are more important than simply reaching a video count.

PAID TEST

Selected applicants will receive a small PAID test project.

You will receive a video concept and reference.

Your task will be to create a finished 20–30 second vertical AI video.
