The role
You own our content output. Not a task taker, an operator.

Editing short form content and scheduling posts across platforms
Coming up with new post ideas and angles, not just executing a list
Working directly with the team, bringing ideas to the table and improving how we do things
Learning our clients, our market and our voice so your output gets sharper every month

Where this goes
There is a clear path into a manager role within the next 6 months. This is not a maybe. We currently have a manager on 2.2k AUD/month who is also based in the Philippines, and this role has earnings up to 2.2k AUD/month as you step up.

Starting pay
$800 AUD/month, with increases tied to performance and responsibility, not time served.
