We’re a fast-growing international team looking for dedicated full-time chat support agents who are ready to commit, perform, and grow with us long-term.

This is a structured, full-time position with clear systems, consistent work, and performance-based earning potential.

You’ll be working in 1-on-1 private chat conversations, building engagement and driving conversions — all through text.

We provide full training — what we expect is focus, discipline, and consistency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Handle live 1-on-1 chat conversations with users worldwide
• Keep conversations engaging, natural, and emotionally compelling
• Follow proven systems while maintaining authenticity
• Stay focused and reliable during your shifts
• Drive sales and maximize performance

SCHEDULE:

• 6 days per week
• 8 hours per day
• 1 flexible day off per week (you choose your day)
• Fixed, consistent schedule

EARNINGS:

• ~50,000 PHP/month total on average
• Higher performance = higher total earnings

IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE APPLYING:

This role requires speed, precision, and a strong setup.

You will be handling multiple conversations at the same time — which means:

• You must be able to type fast and comfortably for long periods
• Your written English must be very strong, natural, and error-free
• You need a reliable, high-performing laptop or PC (slow devices will not keep up)
• You must have stable, high-speed internet at all times

These are essential for the job.
If you are missing any of these, you will struggle in this role and will not pass the selection process.
