We are an independent entertainment company working across manga, comics, animation, film, television, merchandise, and original IP.

We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant to help grow the NC Studios brand and manage social accounts for our original properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, and YouTube/Shorts
• Repurpose our existing trailers, artwork, animation, manga pages, character designs, and promotional content
• Create and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Write captions, hashtags, keywords, and SEO-friendly descriptions
• Help grow organic followers and engagement
• Manage/assist with Meta/Facebook Ads
• Track analytics and identify what content performs best
• Help develop our YouTube strategy
• Launch and manage two new Instagram accounts for individual NC properties
• Suggest new content ideas using assets we already have
• Maintain a monthly content calendar

What We’re Looking For

You should have experience with social media management, organic growth, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics, and basic content editing.

Experience with anime, manga, gaming, comics, animation, entertainment, or streetwear is a major plus.

You must have excellent English, reliable high-speed internet, a reliable computer, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
