I’m looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Content Manager + VA to help with my personal brand, social media, and some day-to-day personal assistant tasks.

I’m a women’s health nurse practitioner, business owner, wife, and mom in the U.S. My content focuses on motherhood, working mom life, women’s health, healthcare, business ownership, lifestyle, and humor.

The main focus of this role is social media planning, content creation, and editing**, but part of your weekly hours will also be spent helping with minor personal assistant tasks, organization, research, scheduling, and other projects as needed.

I’m looking for someone who understands what feels current and performs well with a U.S. female audience. My style is elevated, feminine, modern, clean, and lifestyle-focused... not loud, overly promotional, neon, or heavily graphic.

Responsibilities

• Edit Reels, TikToks, long-form and short-form video
• Create carousels, stories, and simple graphics
• Turn raw videos, photos, and ideas into polished content
• Help identify trends, hooks, sounds, and content ideas
• Refine captions and on-screen text
• Help organize content and posting
• Assist with personal VA tasks such as research, scheduling, organization, online errands, and miscellaneous projects
