GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist – Full System Optimization

Empire Fencing LLC is looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM & Automation Specialist to complete and optimize our existing GoHighLevel system.

IMPORTANT: This is not a beginner position. Much of the system is already built. I need someone who can audit what currently exists, fix what is wrong, connect everything properly, remove duplicate/conflicting automations, and complete the system.

PROJECT SCOPE:

• Audit existing GoHighLevel account
• Optimize CRM pipeline and opportunity stages
• Review and improve lead intake
• Set up proper lead routing
• Optimize lead response automations
• Build/optimize lead qualification workflow
• Optimize estimate request and follow-up workflows
• Optimize appointment booking workflows
• Review calendar configuration, confirmations, reminders, cancellations and rescheduling
• Optimize quote follow-up
• Optimize contract and deposit workflows
• Optimize installation scheduling/communication workflow
• Build job-completion and final-payment workflow
• Optimize Google review request workflow
• Review and optimize Voice AI / Chat AI assistant
• Make sure AI conversations update the CRM correctly
• Review contact creation, call summaries, opportunities and internal notifications
• Build appropriate internal notifications/tasks
• Create database reactivation/follow-up system for old estimates, previous customers and unresponsive leads
• Clean up old, duplicate and conflicting workflows
• Test the complete customer journey from new lead through final payment/review
• Provide a final walkthrough explaining what was changed

The finished system should operate as one connected process:

Lead → Qualification → Pipeline → Estimate → Follow-Up → Appointment → Quote → Contract → Deposit → Installation → Completion → Final Payment → Review

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

You must already have hands-on GoHighLevel experience with workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, opportunities, SMS/email automation, Conversation AI/Voice AI and CRM configuration.

Do NOT rebuild working parts simply to rebuild them. Audit the existing system first and retain, modify, consolidate or replace items only where necessary.

A2P/phone compliance work may need coordination with GoHighLevel support. Do not change business registration, regulatory or compliance information without approval.

This is a fixed project with a target budget of $500 USD.

Milestone payments preferred:
$100 after complete account audit + written implementation plan
$200 after core CRM/workflows are completed
$200 after testing, corrections and final walkthrough
