AI agents: build and maintain AI agents for repetitive marketing and operational workflows for example research, content preparation, lead qualification, outreach preparation, reporting and internal tasks.
Workflow automation: connect tools using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, notion and APIs so processes happen automatically rather than manually.
Marketing & growth: manage digital marketing, social media, SEO, content, email campaigns, partnerships and acquisition.

AI content systems: create workflows for generating, reviewing, repurposing and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters and the website.
CRM automation: automate lead capture, segmentation, follow-ups and lifecycle communications.
Analytics: build automated dashboards and AI-generated weekly reports covering acquisition, engagement, conversion and campaign performance.
AI experimentation: continuously test new AI tools and identify where MindFriend can reduce manual work and improve marketing performance.
Technical capability: comfortable with LLMs such as ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, prompt engineering, APIs, webhooks, databases and ideally basic Python or JavaScript.
Healthcare awareness: understand that mental-health marketing and AI workflows require stronger controls around privacy, claims, clinical content and sensitive user data.
