TikTok Account Manager for Book Brand

We are a growing brand in the book/publishing niche looking for a dedicated TikTok Content Creator to help build and grow our TikTok presence organically to drive book sales. This is a long-term role with high growth potential for the right person.

What you'll do:

• Post daily: Create and post 1-2 TikToks per day (using our guidelines/templates).
• Work via VPN: Manage the account natively from your phone using a specific VPN setup we provide.
• Engage: Spend 5-10 minutes a day replying to comments and interacting with other accounts boost organic growth.
• Consistency: This requires about 1 hour of work per day, but it must be done consistently every single day.

What we're looking for:

• Hardware Requirement: You MUST own a second smartphone, preferably an iPhone, which will be dedicated to running this account via VPN.
• TikTok Savvy: You understand the TikTok algorithm, trends, and what makes a video or slideshow go viral.Basic
• Editing: Comfortable creating clean TikTok posts (slideshows/carousels or short video edits).
• Reliable & Self-Managing: You don't need micromanagement. You hit your daily post count reliably.
• Good written English for captions and hooks.

What we offer:

• $100/month base salary for roughly 30 hours of work per month (1 hour/day).
• Viral Bonuses: We pay a $25 to $50 cash bonus for every post that hits a viral milestone (views target).

More Hours & Accounts: If you do a great job, we can scale your hours up by giving you a second TikTok account to manage.Long-term Growth: Prove your skills, and we will happily increase your monthly base salary as the brand grows.
