Phone Interviewer / Market Research Surveyor (Remote, Part-Time)

About the Role:

We're a New Zealand-based market research company conducting phone surveys on behalf of political parties, local councils, and union groups. We're scaling up our team over the next few months and looking for reliable, well-spoken virtual assistants to join as phone interviewers.

Hours:

3–15 hours per week, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Manila time. Flexible depending on your availability and workload — great for a side income or as part of a broader schedule.

What You'll Do:

Conduct outbound phone surveys with NZ residents using a provided script

Accurately record responses in our survey system

Meet daily/weekly call and completion targets

Maintain professionalism and neutrality when discussing political/community topics

Report any issues or unusual responses to your team lead

Requirements

Clear, neutral English accent and strong verbal communication

Reliable internet connection and a quiet home work environment

Comfortable with repetitive phone-based work

Previous call centre, telemarketing, or survey experience preferred (not required)

Able to work 2pm–5pm Manila time

Own headset/computer
