Meta Ads Media Buyer – Mortgage Broker (Long-term)

We are an Australian marketing agency running Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads for mortgage brokers. We are looking for an experienced Meta media buyer to run multiple client ad accounts.

This is a long-term role for someone who has run lead generation campaigns with real budgets, reads the numbers, and makes decisions without being told.

Responsibilities

Building and launching campaigns across multiple client ad accounts
Daily management: budgets, audiences, placements, creative rotation
Weekly creative testing (creative is produced for you, you brief it and pick winners)
Tracking setup and checks: Pixel, Conversions API, custom conversions, UTMs
Short weekly performance notes per account: what happened, why, what changes next
Keeping accounts compliant with Meta policy and the finance ad rules we give you
Requirements (Must-Have)

2+ years running Meta ads for lead generation, with results you can show
Experience with property or finance accounts (mortgage brokers, real estate agents, buyers agents, property investment)
Strong Ads Manager, Business Manager and Events Manager skills
Judges results on cost per lead and cost per booked appointment, not CPM and CTR
Strong written English and attention to detail
Able to follow systems and ask questions when unsure
Hours & Pay

20–40 hrs/week, at least 5 hours overlap with Sydney time
Long-term role
$8–12 USD/hour, based on experience
Paid trial task required
