TikTok Creator Outreach & Partnerships Specialist

We're hiring a TikTok Creator Outreach Specialist for FocusFix ( ---------- ), a fast-growing functional mushroom supplement brand, to own creator and affiliate partnerships end-to-end ahead of Q4.

You'll find, vet, and reach out to TikTok creators in the health, wellness, productivity, and supplement niches — inviting them into our TikTok Shop affiliate program, negotiating terms, and onboarding them fully. This is relationship-driven work: manual, personalized outreach, not bulk DM tools or spam templates. You'll own the full pipeline from first message to active, posting creator.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify TikTok creators who fit our target customer (skeptical, performance-driven professionals) and content style
Send personalized outreach messages (DMs/email) inviting creators to our TikTok Shop affiliate program
Negotiate terms directly — commission rate, free product, or flat fee for select creators — within brand guidelines
Fully onboard accepted creators: send product, brand guidelines, affiliate links, and answer their questions
Track the entire pipeline in a shared spreadsheet/CRM — status, follow-ups, response rates, active creators
Maintain relationships post-launch — follow up, re-engage, and encourage repeat content
Report weekly on outreach volume, response rate, and creators onboarded/active

Requirements:

Prior experience with TikTok Shop affiliate/creator outreach or influencer marketing (required)
Comfortable negotiating and closing deals independently, not just messaging
Strong written English communication — outreach must feel personal, not templated
Organized — able to manage a multi-stage pipeline without things falling through
Self-starter who can work independently against weekly targets
Bonus: experience in health/wellness/supplement niche outreach
