Video Editor Needed — Social Shorts (London agency, ongoing work)

Defiant Media is a London based film production agency. We make content for clients across sport, fashion, entertainment and theatre. We've got a batch of comedy shorts that need cutting and we're looking for editors to take it on.

The work:
▸ Around 12 short form social assets
▸ Mostly 5 to 15 seconds each
▸ Cut to a simple script, audio sync, best take selects
▸ Subtitles, endboards, light colour and graphics
▸ All footage and graphics downloadable from Google Drive
▸ Our LUTs, title styles and export presets supplied

Requirements:
▸ Experienced, 2 years plus
▸ Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, no exceptions
▸ Can work with minimal supervision
▸ Real comedy timing, you understand how these are cut
▸ Strong English, you need to get the script and the jokes
▸ Clean subtitles and tidy project files
▸ Good comms, replies quickly and flags problems early
▸ Takes timecoded notes and applies them first time
