Property Management Marketing Coordinator

I am seeking a Property Management Marketing Coordinator focused on generating new clients and growing my property management business in the San Diego, California region.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create professional flyers and marketing materials to promote my property management services
• Develop and manage Mailchimp email campaigns targeting prospective property owners, real estate agents and other potential clients
• Create a six month marketing campaign and execute this campaign designed to generate new leads and clients that target property owners and real estate brokers/agents
• Maintain and organize prospect email lists and databases
• Track campaign results and help identify new marketing opportunities
• Maintain consistent company branding across all marketing materials

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, preferably property management or real estate
• Proficiency with Mailchimp, including email campaigns, contact lists, and campaign tracking
• Strong graphic design and flyer creation skills
• Experience with lead-generation and client-acquisition campaigns
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
