Seeking Amazing Video Clippers/Editors - Paying High Commissions

I am looking to build a army of video editors/clippers to help expand my personal brand and promoted course and membership we are building.

I am in business/motivation/mindset/make money niche and need a large amount of clippers/editors from someone that can help make my videos viral.

Similar to Andrew Tate and several others, my idea was that I need to create tons of sub-IG accounts created on IG, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Here is our payout/commission structure.

*CPM = 1000 Views

CPM Payouts + Commission.

CPM $0.20 for first 5 million views
CPM $0.02 for uncapped views after the 5 million views
--
EXAMPLE:
For 7M Total Views Combined on ALL Your Accounts
You receive:
$0.20 for the first 5M views = $1000
$0.02 for the other 2M views = $40
Total = $1040
--
Again CPM = 1000 Views

$300 bonus for every 10m views per month
Views = All views combined of your submitted accounts, on all platforms.

And you will also get 20% commission from the $497 course we are selling. You will receive your own unique affiliate link to promote the product so you can make money from it and it will be tracked on a dashboard.

Hopefully that makes sense.
