Base Pay + $1,000 Commission Per Signed Joint Venture

We're looking for an experienced female Outbound Sales VA with Texas real estate experience to join our growing team.

If you've worked with Texas land or residential real estate, are confident making outbound calls, and know how to build rapport with property owners, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
*Make outbound cold calls to company-provided leads.
*Build rapport and establish trust with landowners.
*Qualify prospects through consultative conversations.
*Handle objections confidently and professionally.
*Book qualified Discovery Calls with our senior consultants.
*Update the CRM after every interaction.
*Complete follow-ups and maintain an organized pipeline.
*Consistently achieve appointment booking goals.

Requirements
? Female applicants only.
? Previous experience in Texas real estate is REQUIRED.
? At least 2 years of outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment-setting experience.
? Experience speaking with U.S.-based prospects.
? Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
? Comfortable spending most of the workday on outbound calls.
? Experience with Follow Up Boss or similar CRM is a plus.
? Reliable computer, quality headset, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.

Compensation
