Part-Time Marketing / Local-SEO Coordinator (Remote, Long-Term)

Rain City Maids is a Seattle-area house cleaning company with four offices. We run our marketing in-house and need a reliable part-time coordinator to execute a documented weekly checklist of local-SEO tasks. This is execution of a clear playbook, not strategy. ~6-8 hours/week, ongoing, long-term.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH WEEK (from our step-by-step playbook):

• Join local Reddit / Facebook threads about home cleaning and reply genuinely and helpfully (never spammy or salesy)
• Keep our Thumbtack / Yelp / Angi / ---------- profiles 100% complete, and respond to new reviews
• Send short, personalized outreach to get us listed in "best cleaners in [city]" articles
• Review and approve our auto-generated blog and Google Business posts
• Check our SEO dashboards and flag anything unusual

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Excellent written English - the #1 requirement; you'll write public posts
• Strong attention to detail and reliability running a checklist with minimal supervision
• Comfort with common web tools (Google Business Profile, Reddit, directory sites, a task dashboard)
• Bonus: prior local-SEO or marketing-VA experience

HOURS / PAY: ~6-8 hrs/week, ongoing, $15/hr, reliable weekly hours.
