The Role
We're seeking an execution-driven asset and project-management professional to own the vacant/Park-Owned Home lifecycle from possession through Market Ready — coordinating title resolution, make-ready and rehab projects, vendor management, and the handoff to Revenue. Your job is to make sure vacant homes never sit in limbo.
What You'll Do

• Receive possession/abandonment handoffs and manage the title & ownership pipeline
• Own home-level inventory data accuracy in Rent Manager (condition, title, rehab stage, pricing, etc.)
• Prepare triage information (condition, cost, market value) to support strategy decisions (make-ready, rehab, sell as-is, demo)
• Manage make-ready and rehab projects — scopes of work, budgets, timelines, vendor bids and POs
• Track project milestones, require progress documentation, and reconcile invoices against approved scope
• Maintain a portfolio-wide pipeline of every vacant/non-performing home by stage
• Verify homes meet all Market-Ready criteria and hand off complete packages to Revenue/Marketing

Rent Manager Experience — Required
This is a Rent Manager-intensive position. In-depth, hands-on Rent Manager experience is a must-have, not a preference. Candidates without demonstrated Rent Manager experience will not be considered.
Requirements

• 5+ years U.S. property-management, asset-management, or rehab/construction-coordination experience
• Manufactured-housing experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing vacant-unit turns, make-readies, or residential rehabs
• Experience with budgets, bids, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and Excel/Microsoft 365 proficiency
• Reliable high-speed internet, dependable computer, quality headset

What This Pay Range Expects From You
At $8-$10/hour, this offer sits well above the typical remote VA rate — we're hiring for seniority and ownership, not entry-level task execution. We expect:

• In-depth, hands-on Rent Manager mastery in inventory/unit and project modules — not just general PMS familiarity
• Full-time exclusive commitment to this role (no concurrent clients/jobs)
• Stable work history with minimal gaps or job-hopping
• Ability to independently run dozens of concurrent asset/rehab projects with minimal oversight
• A quiet, dedicated home-office setup with strong internet for daily vendor/field coordination
