Full-Time AI & IT Specialist / Claude Vibe Coder

We are looking for a full-time remote AI & IT Specialist based in the Philippines to support our growing healthcare and business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly comfortable with technology, AI tools, Microsoft Teams, websites, and troubleshooting. Traditional software development experience is not required. We are more interested in someone who can use modern AI tools such as Claude to turn ideas into practical solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Use Claude and Claude Code for AI-assisted or “vibe coding.”
• Help build internal tools, dashboards, trackers, and simple applications using AI.
• Take ideas described by management and turn them into functional tools or prototypes.
• Make changes and improvements to company websites.
• Help develop and maintain tools for billing, scheduling, task tracking, delegation, reporting, and clinic operations.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Help organize Teams channels, SharePoint files, permissions, user access, and company workflows.
• Create automations to reduce repetitive administrative work.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day IT and software problems for staff.
• Help connect different software platforms and improve how information moves between systems.
• Research new AI and technology tools that could improve company operations.
• Maintain clear documentation for company systems and workflows.
• Assist with video editing and basic digital content creation when needed.
• Provide ongoing technical support for tools and systems that have already been created.

Skills We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have experience with several of the following:

• Claude
• Claude Code
• AI-assisted or “vibe coding”
• Building tools or applications using AI
• Website building and website modifications
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft 365
• SharePoint
• Microsoft Power Automate or other automation tools
• General IT troubleshooting
• Workflow automation
• AI tools and productivity software
• Basic understanding of databases and integrations
• Video editing is an asset
• Canva or other design tools are an asset

You do NOT need to be a traditional programmer or software engineer. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or GitHub is not required. What matters most is being technically capable, resourceful, comfortable with AI, and able to figure things out.

Working Hours
This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week.
The employee will work remotely from the Philippines but must work specified scheduled hours that overlap with our Canadian working hours.
We want the employee to work consistent hours so management can communicate directly, provide instructions, review projects, and troubleshoot problems together.
We will establish the exact schedule before hiring.

What Will Make You Stand Out
We are particularly interested in candidates who can show us something they have actually accomplished using AI. For example, you might show us a tool you created with Claude, a website you modified, an automated workflow you built, a Microsoft Teams environment you helped organize, or an IT problem you solved. We care much more about what you can accomplish with modern technology than what programming languages you know.

Shortlisted candidates may be given a small paid practical assignment to see how they approach a real business problem using Claude and other AI tools.
