I'm looking for a dedicated, growth-minded Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to join my life insurance business long-term. Your main focus will be consistently following up with leads, keeping conversations moving, and booking qualified appointments on my calendar. I'm looking for someone determined to sharpen their skills and grow with the team over time — not just fill a seat.

What You'll Do:

• Follow up consistently with leads via calls and text, working the pipeline from first contact through booked appointment
• Qualify prospects and confirm appointments on my calendar
• Manage and update leads in GoHighLevel or Onyx CRM, keeping every record accurate and current
• Work mortgage protection leads specifically, so prior experience in this niche is a strong plus
• Maintain and help organize my book of business — tracking clients, policies, and follow-up cadence over time
• Re-engage older leads and keep the pipeline active

What You Bring:

Strong, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or Onyx CRM — this is required
Comfortable and confident on the phone, with solid written/texting communication
A consistent, determined mindset — someone who shows up, follows through, and keeps improving
Highly organized, with an eye for keeping a book of business clean and up to date
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time

Schedule: 40 hours/week
Pay: $3/hr + performance bonuses based on results

I provide the leads, script, CRM, and training — you bring the consistency and drive.

Insurance experience is a plus and will increase your chances of being hired.
