GoHighLevel (GHL) & AI Automation Specialist – Remote

Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) and AI/Automation Specialist to build, manage, and optimize CRM workflows, funnels, and AI-driven automations for our business operations.

Employment: Part-time or Full-time
Salary: $500 - $1200
Work Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Build and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) funnels, pipelines, workflows, and automations
Set up and maintain website pages, forms, and calendars inside GHL
Design and troubleshoot automation sequences (email , SMS, task triggers)
Integrate AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier/Make) into client and internal workflows
Manage custom code, tracking scripts, and DNS/domain setup within GHL
Debug workflow issues and improve automation reliability
Document SOPs for systems you build
Provide clear updates on build progress and blockers

Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — funnels, workflows, automations, custom code
Experience with AI tools and integrations (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms
Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS for GHL custom code blocks
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
