---------- Marketplace Store Manager – Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Store Manager to take responsibility for a large ---------- store with 10,000+ products.

---------- is one of the largest online marketplaces in the Netherlands and is comparable to Amazon in the way sellers operate on the platform.

We are currently setting up a new store and are looking for someone who can eventually run the store independently from A to Z.

Experience with ---------- is strongly preferred, but we are also interested in candidates with strong experience managing stores on marketplaces such as Amazon or other major e-commerce platforms.

This is a long-term position with the opportunity to take on more hours and responsibility as the store grows.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a catalog of 10,000+ products
• Creating and maintaining product listings
• Checking product information and listing quality
• Monitoring prices
• Updating prices when necessary
• Managing product data
• Keeping the product catalog organized
• Monitoring the store on a daily basis
• Identifying listing or marketplace issues
• Solving problems proactively
• Monitoring marketplace and account performance
• Communicating with other members of the operation when necessary
• Maintaining relevant spreadsheets and administration
• Keeping an overview of the entire store
• Making sure problems are followed up until they are solved

The goal is that you become the person who owns the daily operations of the ---------- store.

We are not looking for someone who needs to be told every day exactly what to do. We want someone who checks the store, identifies what needs attention and takes action independently.

What We Are Looking For

You should:

• Have previous experience working with online marketplaces
• Preferably have direct experience with ----------
• Alternatively have strong experience with Amazon or a similar marketplace
• Understand how large product catalogs are managed
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be organized and structured
• Be proactive and independent
• Be comfortable managing 10,000+ products
• Have good written and spoken English
• Have a reliable internet connection
• Have a reliable laptop/computer and professional work setup
• Be comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Be available consistently throughout the week
• Be interested in a long-term position

Experience with European or Dutch marketplaces is a strong plus.

Working Hours

Expected workload:

Approximately 5–15 hours per week

The position is part-time.

Most of the work can currently be completed within your own schedule, but it is important that you check and manage the store every day.

We need someone who consistently stays on top of the store rather than someone who completes all tasks only once or twice per week.

As the store grows, there is a good possibility that the number of hours will increase.

Compensation

Starting rate:

From €3.50 per hour

The exact rate can be discussed depending on experience.
