Outdoor Living Designer - 2D/3D CAD & Rendering

BoomYards Outdoor, a Florida-based outdoor-living design and construction company, is seeking a reliable 2D/3D Designer to support our residential and commercial outdoor projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 2D plans, 3D models, and client-ready renderings
• Design outdoor spaces involving pools, pavers, artificial turf, putting greens, pergolas, patios, outdoor kitchens, sports courts, and related features
• Review surveys, measurements, site photographs, sketches, and project instructions
• Prepare site plans, layouts, quantity calculations, design options, and presentations
• Complete revisions accurately and meet agreed deadlines
• Maintain organized project files and final deliverables
• Provide brief daily progress reports with screenshots or file links
• Communicate missing information, technical problems, or possible delays before they affect a deadline

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating 2D plans, 3D models, and realistic renderings
• Strong AutoCAD and 3D modeling/rendering skills
• Ability to understand surveys, site plans, measurements, and project instructions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant exterior, landscape, pool, or outdoor-living projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow revision instructions accurately
• Reliable communication and proactive reporting of blockers
• A computer capable of efficiently running the required design and rendering software
• Reliable internet connection and backup arrangements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Compensation:

$900–$1,200 USD per month, depending on experience, portfolio quality, technical skills, and paid-test performance.
