Digital Marketing Masters is a paid media agency specializing in Google Ads.

We are looking for a strong appointment setter who can confidently cold call U.S. business owners, create interest, qualify prospects, and book meetings with our Paid Media Specialist.

This is NOT a closing position.

Your job is:

CALL → CREATE INTEREST → QUALIFY → BOOK MEETING

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Cold call dental clinics, HVAC companies, and local businesses
Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
Introduce our Google Ads services
Ask questions and identify potential marketing needs
Create enough interest to get the prospect on a specialist call
Handle basic objections
Book qualified meetings
Confirm appointments
Follow up with prospects
Keep HubSpot updated

WHO WE WANT

B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience preferred
Strong spoken English
Confident and professional on the phone
Comfortable speaking with business owners
Persuasive without being pushy
Persistent and able to handle rejection
Organized and reliable
Results-driven
Able to work U.S. business hours

You do NOT need 5+ years of experience.

If you are newer but have a great voice, strong communication skills, sales ability, and can prove you can produce, apply.

COMPENSATION

$1,500 USD/MONTH FLAT RATE

No complicated commission structure.

We want someone looking for a serious, stable, long-term position.

Strong performance can lead to increased responsibility and an opportunity to move into a higher-paying closing position.
