ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly creative AI Content Creator / Generative AI Video Specialist who can take an idea, reference video, script, image, or rough concept and turn it into professional, attention-grabbing content using artificial intelligence and traditional editing software.

This is more than a traditional social media or basic video editing position.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands advanced generative AI content creation and knows how to combine multiple AI and editing tools to create content that would otherwise be difficult, expensive, or impossible to film traditionally.

We want to be able to tell this person:
“Here is the idea we have in our heads… Can you bring our vision to life?”

The ideal candidate should be both technically skilled and highly creative. They should be able to receive a concept idea, develop the visual direction, generate the necessary assets, edit the content, add sound and effects, and deliver a finished piece of content.

JOB DUTIES
Develop and help implement an internal AI-powered content production system as a primary goal of the role.

Turn company ideas and concepts into finished content

• The workflow should look something like:

Idea → Concept → Script/Storyboard → AI Generation → Editing → Sound/Voice → Effects → Finished Content

Company may request something as simple as:
“Here is a Reel we like. We don’t want to copy it, but we want something with this level of creativity and production.”

• The creator should be able to analyze the reference, understand what tools and techniques may have been used, and develop an original concept for our brand.

We are more interested in someone’s ability to learn and combine tools than whether they happen to know one specific application.

AI changes quickly. The person in this position should actively research and experiment with new AI creative tools.

EXPERIENCE THAT IS NOT THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF THIS ROLE
This position is focused on advanced AI-powered content creation, creative production, and professional video development. While the following skills may be valuable in other roles, they would not, by themselves, meet the primary requirements of this position:

• Social media posting and scheduling
• Basic Canva graphics
• Adding captions to existing videos
• Using pre-built CapCut templates
• Repurposing podcasts primarily into short clips
• General virtual assistant or administrative support

Experience in these areas can certainly be beneficial; however, this role requires the ability to conceptualize, create, and produce original content and visual experiences using generative AI, professional editing tools, and creative problem-solving.

We are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept through production — developing the visuals, generating or sourcing the necessary assets, editing the content, incorporating sound and effects, and delivering a polished final product.
