Outreach Specialist - Cold Caller & Email Outreach

About the Role

We're a unique event venue looking for an Outreach Specialist to be the first point of contact with event managers, corporations, and solo organizers. You'll introduce them to our space, help them see how it can create a unique experience for their events, and encourage them to book a site visit.

This is not a hard-sell closing role Your job is to open doors, build rapport, and nurture leads until they're ready for the next conversation.

What You'll Do

Reach out to event managers and corporate decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Manage a outreach pipeline from all chanels
Nurture leads through conversation — not scripts — and encourage phone calls and venue visits
Log activity and pass qualified leads to the sales specialist

What We're Looking For

Strong spoken English with a clear, warm, natural tone (no monotone script-reading)
Genuine conversational skills — able to listen, respond to cues, and build rapport
Presentable and professional (occasional in-person meetings possible)
Experience with B2B outreach, cold email, and phone to decision-makers
Comfortable with Apollo or similar lead-gen tools
Reliable, coachable, and takes ownership

Rate: $4–$8/hr depending on experience

Hours: Full-time.
