Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and responsible person to join our Online Game Project as a Remote Game Operations Assistant.

The main responsibility is to play the assigned online game according to the daily instructions and complete the assigned tasks consistently and accurately.

⚠️ Communication is our TOP PRIORITY.
Applicants must be able to respond to messages quickly and consistently during working hours. Regular communication with the team is an essential part of this position.

Main Responsibilities
Play the assigned online game according to provided instructions
Complete daily in-game tasks and objectives
Manage in-game currency and items according to instructions
Follow daily schedules and work procedures
Record and report work results
Maintain regular communication with the team
Respond quickly to messages during working hours
Perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
Follow all training and instructions provided by the team
Remote Work & Software
This is a fully remote position
Work will be performed using your personal computer
Remote access software will be installed and configured on your computer before work begins
Applicants must be willing to install and use the required remote access software for work-related purposes
The required software and installation instructions will be provided by the team
A connection/test may be conducted before starting work to confirm that the computer and remote setup work properly
Working Conditions
Work from home
Up to 11 hours per day
Up to 70 hours per week
Training and detailed instructions will be provided before starting

Personal computer capable of running the assigned game
Stable internet connection
Basic computer skills
Able to carefully follow instructions
Responsible, reliable, and consistent
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Fast and reliable communication is required
Must be able to respond promptly to messages during working hours
Willing to install and use the required remote access software
Available for long-term work
Compensation
Base pay: PHP 932 per day
Additional performance-based bonuses may be available
Salary and bonus conditions will be explained clearly before work begins
