Sales Closer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Sales Closer to enroll students into our elite vocal training programs. If you’re passionate about music, love helping people transform, and have a track record of closing high-ticket offers — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• ? Finalizing Sales: Conduct Zoom/phone calls with qualified leads to close enrollment into our premium programs
• ? Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and guide prospects with empathy and expertise
• ? Objection Handling: Address concerns, clarify program value, and move prospects toward a confident “yes”
• ? Problem Solving: Customize solutions for each prospect based on their goals and situation
• ? Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, objections, and CRM updates
• ? Follow-ups: Stay on top of warm leads, pending payments, or postponed decisions
