Dumaguete-Based AI Video Generator and Editor (Coworking Space Provided)

Dumaguete residents only. Please do not apply if you are based elsewhere. This role is hybrid and requires you to be physically in Dumaguete.

About the role

We produce short-form AI video ads for US health and DTC brands. High volume, fast turnaround, real clients with real standards.

This is a combined generation and editing role. You take a written brief, generate the images and clips, then assemble and finish the video yourself. You own the output from prompt to delivered file. You are not writing the concepts. You are executing them well and consistently.

What we are looking for

Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools. Kling, Seedance, Seedream, Nano Banana, GPT Image, Higgsfield, or similar. Tell us which ones you have actually used and what you made with them.

Editing ability in CapCut or equivalent. Assembling clips to a script, cutting to pacing, syncing voiceover, adding on-screen text, captions and CTAs, laying in music and sound effects. All text in our videos is added in post, not generated, so clean text work matters.

An eye for when a generation is wrong. Deformed hands, drifting product labels, inconsistent characters between shots, mangled text. If you cannot spot these, this is not the role.

Patience with rerolls. Good output often takes several attempts. That is normal, not a failure.

Reliable communication. If something is blocked or taking longer than expected, we need to hear it early, not on the deadline.

Setup

Hybrid. Some days at a coworking space in Dumaguete, most days at home, depending on the workload.

Coworking space membership covered. You already know what the rotating brownouts do to a workday. This means a stable connection and backup power so a generation queue does not die halfway through.

Working hours are flexible but centered on afternoons, since that is when our team overlaps.
