Social Media & Pinterest Virtual Assistant

5–10 hours per week | Long-term position

I am looking for an experienced and reliable Social Media Virtual Assistant to support the social media activities of my online business and help increase reach and traffic. The role covers Instagram, Facebook and ---------- and is approximately 5–10 hours per week.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create social media content for Instagram and Facebook
• Create graphics and other visual content in Canva
• Create and edit short-form videos using Canva, CapCut or another suitable tool
• Write captions and social media copy
• Prepare and schedule social media content in advance
• Create and publish content for Pinterest
• Use the Pinterest browser extension as well as create manual Pins
• Post regularly in relevant Facebook groups using a private Facebook profile
• Follow the provided workflows and instructions

Social media content can be prepared and scheduled in batches, approximately every two weeks.

LANGUAGE & CHATGPT
The published content is primarily in French, but you do not need to speak French. You must have good experience using ChatGPT for content creation and be comfortable using it to create French captions and other social media content based on the information and instructions provided. A good level of English is required for communication and to avoid misunderstandings when following instructions.

FACEBOOK GROUP AVAILABILITY

Facebook group posting needs to take place at least 6 days per week. One weekly rest day is possible, but it must be between Monday and Saturday. Sunday availability is required. The remaining working hours can be organized flexibly.

• Previous experience with social media content creation
• Strong Canva skills
• Experience creating and editing social media videos
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook and ----------
• Experience using Facebook groups
• Good experience using ChatGPT for content creation
• Good written and spoken English
• Reliable and consistent
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to follow existing workflows and instructions
• Able to work independently
