Customer Support VA (AI-Powered) — Full-Time, Long-Term ($$$ + we train you on AI)

We are a European e-commerce brand. Our customer support is powered by AI - and we are hiring a FULL-TIME Customer Support VA to run it with us, long-term.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Manage customer email s across European languages (Spanish, Italian, French...) using AI tools like ChatGPT - we train you on our exact system
• Handle social media comments and DMs
• Follow our support playbook (tone, escalation rules, refund limits)
• Coordinate with our supplier and team (in English)

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of customer support experience (e-commerce preferred)
• Fluent written ENGLISH (essential - all team communication is in English)
• Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools daily
• Available 40h/week aligned with European hours (3pm - midnight PH time)
• Reliable computer and stable internet with backup
