We are a boutique Melbourne custom / architectural residential and light commercial builder. Part-time BIM so models match what was actually built (LOD 500 / field-verified as-built) and support quantity take-offs.

What you’ll do

Accurate BIM from architectural/structural/services docs
Matterport / point cloud / photos / markups → as-built + coordinated 3D
LOD 500 fidelity; clash/constructability flags; take-offs vs estimate line items; AU assemblies
Tools: Revit / ArchiCAD; AutoCAD; Matterport/Recap/point-cloud; Bluebeam; Excel; Google Drive/CDE; nice-to-have Navisworks, Enscape/Twinmotion

About you

Essential: AU residential and/or light commercial documentation
LOD 400–500 / as-built / Scan-to-BIM portfolio (sample as-built + real-project model prioritised)
