Paid Social Ads Assistant

We lose more time to badly built ad sets than to bad ideas. This role is about building them properly.

Day to day: Setting up ad sets and loading copy and creative. Requesting the assets you need from the designer or editor rather than making do. Keeping naming and folder structure consistent so the account is still readable months later. Recording which variation came out ahead and why.

What we need: Ability to build audiences in Ads Manager on your own, custom and lookalike included. Readable written English, since you will be handling copy. A natural tendency to organize.

Nice to have: Canva or basic image editing. Comfort with Reels and vertical formats.

The person we are looking for: Someone who is bothered by disorder. If an untidy account makes you want to fix it, you will do well here.
