SEO Expert

Summary
We need someone who will act as our expert consultant for our Automotive SEO company. You will only provide guidance, recommendations or advice. You need to be available for meetings during US Eastern or Pacific business hours.

The person we are looking for needs to:

• Speak and write English fluently or almost native as this role will require you to present and talk to executives during meetings
• Know white-hat SEO strategies and be able to develop a plan on how to increase a dealership's organic traffic, conversions, and search result rankings
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Update/Create reports and charts for presentations
• Be able to do content, page or site audits and provide recommendations to optimize content and improve search result rankings
• Be our go-to person for any questions or concerns regarding SEO best practices
• Be able to provide examples of success from previous work
• Be able to assist the Project Manager with recommendations or advice for any content creation, programming, and analysis related to SEO to successfully complete tasks and projects

Requirements and skills:

• Proven SEO experience
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Adobe Analytics)
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
