Hello! I’m the Founder and Creative Director of CC & Co. Designs | Interiors, a boutique luxury interior design studio based in Dallas, Texas. We partner with builders and developers on custom homes and high-end residential projects.

We’re looking for two talented, reliable, and highly detail-oriented Virtual Architectural & Interior Design Assistants to join our growing team. These are long-term, full-time positions for professionals with strong backgrounds in architecture, drafting, interior design, and photorealistic 3D visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble detailed Construction Design Books featuring finish selections, specifications, dimensions, and installation details
• Create accurate SketchUp models with measurements and lighting plans
• Produce photorealistic, luxury-level renderings for kitchens, bathrooms, exteriors, and other key spaces
• Prepare polished Look Books and client presentations using Canva or PowerPoint
• Label selections and verify product specifications and measurements
• Organize project files, selections, and specifications in Google Drive
• Interpret creative briefs and take initiative throughout the production process
• Communicate proactively and consistently meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Licensed architect or at least three years of professional architectural drafting experience
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp and D5 Render
• Experience with Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or comparable rendering software
• Proven experience creating realistic, upscale residential renderings
• Strong understanding of interior design, construction drawings, materials, and architectural details
• Proficiency in Canva or PowerPoint
• Strong written and spoken English
• Reliable computer equipment and high-speed internet
• Organized, positive, dependable, and receptive to feedback

Position Details

• Two positions available
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Monthly salary: $750–$1,150 USD, depending on experience and skill level
• Performance-based raises
• Long-term growth and job security for the right candidates
