We are looking for reliable, professional and confident Remote Call Centre Agents based in the Philippines to join our growing 24/7 customer service operation.

You will handle customer calls remotely and provide a friendly, professional and efficient service. We are recruiting multiple agents to cover different shifts throughout the day and night.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Assist customers with enquiries and provide accurate information
Record customer interactions and update information in our systems
Follow company processes, scripts and customer service standards
Escalate queries when necessary
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Meet agreed quality and performance standards
Work reliably during your agreed shift
Requirements
Based in the Philippines
Excellent spoken and written English
Clear and professional telephone manner
Strong communication and listening skills
Friendly, patient and customer-focused
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable using computers and online systems
Able to work independently from home
Previous BPO, call centre, customer service or telephone experience is preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights and/or weekends depending on availability
