We are a growing US-based business looking for a reliable, proactive, and resourceful Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time.

We’re looking for someone who can think independently, solve problems, learn new systems quickly, and communicate clearly without needing constant supervision.

IMPORTANT: This is a remote position, but we are only accepting applicants based in or near Davao City.

What You'll Be Doing
Handle general administrative and Virtual Assistant tasks
Assist with communication, online research, data entry, and day-to-day operations
Research solutions and figure things out independently when challenges come up
Identify and flag potential issues before they become bigger problems
Learn and adapt to new software, tools, and processes
Provide clear daily updates on completed, ongoing, and pending tasks
Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows

What We're Looking For
Male applicants
Must be based in or near Davao City
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Resourceful and comfortable figuring things out independently
Proactive communicator who doesn't wait to be constantly followed up with
Comfortable learning new software and technology
Reliable and organized
Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
Available 40 hours per week
Able to start ASAP
Previous Virtual Assistant experience is preferred, but not required for candidates who can demonstrate strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits
Approximately $600 USD/month
13th-month pay starting next year
HMO insurance beginning next year
Full-time, long-term opportunity
