PayPal Dispute & Claims Specialist – E-Commerce Brand

We are Leichtkraut, a German e-commerce brand. We are looking for a PayPal Dispute & Claims Specialist who owns our PayPal Resolution Center end to end.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Handle all PayPal disputes, claims and chargebacks daily: review the case, collect evidence, write the response, submit before the deadline, track the outcome
• Communicate with our supplier and fulfillment partner to get tracking numbers, proof of delivery and invoices for each case
• Keep a clean dispute log (Google Sheets): case ID, reason, evidence sent, deadline, result, amount
• Report weekly: open cases, won, lost, refunded, and what caused the losses
• Escalate fraud patterns and repeat customers immediately

WHAT YOU NEED

• 5+ year hands-on experience with the PayPal Resolution Center (Item Not Received, Significantly Not As Described, Unauthorized etc...)
• You know what evidence wins each case type and how PayPal Seller Protection works
• Strong written English; German is a plus (translation tools are fine + AI tool)
• Very organized, deadline-driven, comfortable with Google Sheets
• Reliable internet, 5+ days a week, fixed daily check-in
