AI Video Editor and Creator for Song and Voiceover Ads (Remote, Monthly Retainer)

We run paid social for direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands and we produce a lot of AI ads: AI-generated song ads, AI voiceover ads, animated story ads and UGC-style cuts. We need someone who can own the whole pipeline: take lyrics or a script, generate the characters, scenes, vocals and voiceover, then edit it all into an ad that stops the scroll and holds attention on Meta and TikTok.

What you'll be doing

• Generating the visuals: consistent characters, scenes and product shots in Higgsfield, image-to-video clips, lip sync to a vocal track
• Generating the audio: songs from our lyrics, AI voiceovers from our scripts, clean mixing and sound design
• Editing the ad: syncing lyrics, scenes and captions to the track, cutting for a hook in the first two seconds, pacing b-roll to a voiceover
• Variations of winners: new hooks, new openings, different characters, lengths and formats
• Delivery in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 to Meta and TikTok specs

What we're looking for

• Proficient in Higgsfield: character creation and consistency across scenes, image-to-video, lip sync, and prompting that gets a usable clip in a few tries rather than fifty
• Comfortable with the wider AI stack: Kling, Runway or Veo for video, Nano Banana or Midjourney for stills, Suno for songs, ElevenLabs for voice, or their equivalents
• Proven paid-social editing. You've cut ads that actually ran, and you know the difference between a video that looks nice and one that gets watched
• Fast, clean captions and text animation, with a strong sense of pacing and rhythm to music
• Premiere or DaVinci plus After Effects or an equivalent motion tool. CapCut is fine for quick variations
• Reliable turnaround. Most jobs are 15 to 60 second ads, several per week, with same-day revisions
• Organized volume workflow: saved characters and prompts, templates, consistent naming, tidy project files

• Monthly payment, amount discussed based on your rate and weekly capacity
• We pay for Higgsfield and all other AI tool credits. You bring the skills, we cover the accounts
