Customer Service, Sales & Social Media Specialist

Cynthia’s Cleaning Services is looking for a motivated, organized, and creative Customer Service, Sales & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, generating sales, creating social media content, and doing basic graphic design.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, text, email , and social media
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into booked cleaning services
Schedule and confirm customer appointments
Provide quotes and explain our cleaning services
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
Follow up with past and potential customers to encourage repeat bookings
Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally

Social Media:
Manage and maintain our Facebook , Instagram, and other social media accounts
Create and schedule engaging posts several times per week
Promote cleaning services, special offers, promotions, and company updates
Respond to comments and messages
Help increase engagement, visibility, and customer inquiries through social media
Track basic social media performance and engagement

Basic Graphic Design:
Create simple flyers, social media graphics, promotional materials, and announcements
Use Canva or similar design tools
Maintain consistent branding across marketing materials
Assist with promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Experience managing social media accounts
Basic graphic design skills
Comfortable using Canva or similar platforms
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with a cleaning company or home services business is a plus
