What the job is:
You receive a script. You deliver a scroll-stopping, emotion-driven video ad. Within 24 hours.
That's it.
What we need from you:
? Strong editing skills (pacing, sound design, motion, storytelling)
? AI tools fluency : you must be actively using AI in your workflow (voiceover, generation, enhancement,.. we don't care which, but you need to know them)
? Consistency. Speed. No excuses.
? Available for weekly projects, long-term
You are NOT a fit if:
? You apply with a generic message
? You've never edited a performance ad before
? You need 3 days to deliver a 60-second video
? You don't use AI tools in your process

The Hiring Process:

Trial Task : 45 to 60 sec video from our script. 24h delivery. Unpaid. This filters out everyone who's not serious.
Paid Project Trial : Full brand video. If it's good, short interview follows.
One-Month Paid Trial : Weekly projects with feedback.
Long-Term Offer : For those who consistently deliver.
