Candidate Traits

Basic Requirements
-Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
-At least three years of experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying
-Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
-Proficient in college‑level mathematics
-Exceptional time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines
-Ability to adjust the level of estimating detail based on project requirements
-Advanced communication skills, including fluency in written and conversational English
-Dedication to continuous learning and ongoing self‑improvement
-Positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to solve problems and overcome challenges
-Experience preparing quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for projects

Bonus Qualifications
-Familiarity with industry standards and practices
-Experience using estimation or quantity takeoff software
-Exposure to both new projects and renovation work
-Programming or computer science experience
-Experience with conditional or Boolean logic

There will be an initial screening call followed by multiple interview rounds with members of the team.
