Part-Time Virtual Assistant — IVF / Women’s Health Outreach

Pay: $3/hour
Hours: 20 hours/week, remote

We’re hiring a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support a women’s health company focused on IVF and fertility. The main goal is to help us build a community of 1,000 women for an upcoming pilot launch.

Responsibilities:

• Research and generate leads in IVF and women’s health
• Find thought leaders including acupuncturists, Chinese medicine practitioners, fertility nutritionists, reproductive endocrinologists, and IVF clinics
• Reach out to 30 women daily through our social media channels to invite them to our podcast/community
• Research women and fertility clinics in the U.S. for pilot outreach
• Track leads, follow-ups, and responses in spreadsheets/CRM

Ideal Candidate:

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong English and online research skills
• Experience with lead generation, sales outreach, or social media
• Women’s health/IVF experience is a strong plus
• HIPAA certification or experience is a plus
• Able to work independently and meet outreach goals
