Clinical Success Specialist – Medical Scribe Background (eClinicalWorks / Athena / AdvancedMD / OptiMantra) – US Hours

DeepCura is a US healthcare AI company. Our AI scribe and AI receptionist are used by 6,000+ clinicians across eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, AdvancedMD, OptiMantra, DrChrono, CharmHealth and Epic. We are building what comes after the EHR: an AI workforce that clinicians supervise. You would be one of the humans who supervises it.

THE ROLE
This is not a call center job. You are the clinician's person at DeepCura. You will:

• Onboard new doctors, NPs and psychiatrists within their first 72 hours: a video call, their first note, their template set up the way they chart.
• Tune note templates with clinicians (HPI, ROS, MSE, Assessment & Plan) so the AI writes the way they do. Your scribe experience is the whole point of this job.
• Fix EHR connections (eClinicalWorks, Athena, AdvancedMD, OptiMantra) with the customer on screen.
• Answer clinicians in our in-app chat within the hour, using AI-drafted replies that you review and improve.
• Call customers who are about to cancel, understand why, and fix it.
• Tell our engineers exactly what confuses clinicians. Your feedback shapes the product.

WHY THIS JOB

• Long-term, full-time, direct hire. You work with the founder and the engineering team, not an agency.

SCHEDULE
US hours. Shifts fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM US Eastern (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila), Monday to Saturday, 40 hours per week on a fixed shift agreed with you.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years as a medical scribe or clinical documentation specialist for a US practice, writing live inside eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, AdvancedMD or OptiMantra.
• Fluent written and spoken English. You will be on video calls with US physicians.
• Confidence with SOAP notes, HPI, ROS, MSE, Assessment & Plan, ICD-10 basics.
• HIPAA training. You will sign a confidentiality agreement and a BAA and work through company-managed accounts.
• Reliable fiber internet, a quiet space, a good headset and webcam, and backup power or a mobile hotspot.

NICE TO HAVE

• Psychiatry, family medicine, functional or integrative medicine experience.
• Experience training or supporting other staff.
• Any exposure to AI scribes (DeepCura, Freed, Heidi, Abridge, Suki).
